A few weeks ago, my publisher Chronicle Books approached me about participating in their holiday Give Books campaign and giveaway. Since I love books, give books and love the feel and smell of paper (doesn’t everyone?), it was a no brainer. Plus I figured one of you would love to win all ten books I selected.
Ten? Yes ten!
One winner will receive the same ten books I chose to keep or give this holiday season. I have to admit, receiving a huge, heavy box full of books was pretty nice. Here are the giveaway details:

November 12, 2012These are all such wonderful books! the first one i would dive into is the country cooking in France followed by the 50 crepes! Totally out of my bubble but i would like to think i could master it! Then im diving into the decorate workshop so i can figure out how to best frame and put up my chicken and egg prints without it looking to random! Then after i have built my confidence im going to make some of those fantastic desserts from the San Francisco pastry shop!

November 12, 2012I would love the books to give as Christmas presents. It’s going to be a very slim Christmas for us due to my inability to work this year because of severe health concerns. We do the best we can but I have 2 professional chefs as children and I know that they would love the cooking books. My daughter is a pastry chef at Colicchio & Sons in NYC and she loves the Miette macarons. My son is a chef at Quince and desperately wants to stage in France next summer. The books would be a wonderful fit and I would be so grateful. My best friend has an affinity for interior design. She has been such a wonderful support to me over the past year- I am just lucky to have her as a true friend- she would be so shocked to receive such nice books- ( she is very selfless) I am an avid reader and books have always been a number one choice for presents for others and myself! I appreciate your sharing and thanks for considering me in your contest. Have a joyous Holiday season!
