The Paris Journal: Volume Two

The Paris Journal: Volume Two

It was a busy summer, and we are a bit behind schedule, but the latest volume of the Paris Journal is live.

Volume Two takes you to the twin islands at the heart of the city, the Île St. Louis and Île de la Cité. The day begins moments before dawn at the Cité train station, followed by a long, leisurely stroll along the banks of the Seine – a story of light, shadow and water.

We hope you enjoy it!

Nichole & Evan, all I can say is – wow! Just finished experiencing Volume 2, and it’s wonderful. The photos are so clear, the videos are wonderfully unexpected (I’m always wondering which picture will come to life!), and I feel like I’ve just enjoyed a walk through the neighbourhood. I especially enjoyed the flower shop, the photo of the red bicycles, & the duck! Thank you both, and I can’t wait for Volume 3!

      Hi Meredith,

Thank you so much for your kind words. The Paris Journal has been such a labor of love (and labor intensive!), so it makes us so happy to know you like it.

    Hi Nichole and Evan,

Fabulous from start to finish! A total visual delight filled with quiet beauty, charming surprises and inspiration. What can I say about the duck? Brilliant!

It’s a neighborhood I’m familiar with but this intimate stroll makes it feel fresh and newly discovered.

Beautifully presented and I love the logo, too.

Words cannot express how much I treasure what you’ve done with this app. I’ve been anxiously checking back since July when Volume 2 was anticipated and I can’t tell you how thrilled I was this morning when the notification popped up while I was on my new long 41+ mile commute to work. I’ve already looked at it twice. I love the video placement throughout. It enhances the entire experience (above and beyond what it already was/is).
    I can’t wait for Volume 3! I think I may buy volumes 1 & 2 as a gift for a photographer friend of mine.
Keep up the incredible work. I thank you both for continuously inspiring me to look at the things around me in a different perspective.

    Hi Nichole

I was so excited to see that vol 2 of the Paris journal is available but when I clicked on the down load here link it takes me to vol 1??

Not sure why this is as I have read in the comments that other followers have seen it.

Can you please let me know how I can download it?

Love your blog and am a big fan of your shop.

    Regards Shauna

      Hi Shauna,

Once you’re in the app, tap the screen and it will pull up the app menu at the bottom. Tap “Store” and you’ll find the 2nd Volume there. Let me know if you have any trouble with it. :)
