Signs of Spring

We've been spoiled with weather in the 40s and 50s, and now flowers. Pinch me.

Are you seeing signs of the sweet season?

Hi Ariane!

It’s not really the prices, but what you get for the price. I don’t mind paying good money for a good space, but what’s on the market right now is laughable. Montclairians are still dreaming. ;)

$3500K for a 2 bedroom? In Montclair? Not happening.

It’s more a value proposition for us. We are paying a lot of money to live in Paris, but there is something in return – Paris.

I’m having a hard time reconciling the fact that we may have to pay AS much money as we are paying to live in Paris in Montclair. NJ. Not nearly the bang for your buck.

Birds chirping, sun shining, and daffodils emerging here even though it’s only 17 degrees outside right now!

I would say you are smart not to come back until April – you’re not missing anything but bitter cold weather here.
BTW – My vote is for Montclair. Friends, close to the city, very cool and charming town… Don’t get intimidated by the prices. No one is selling and the rental market is exceptionally good for tenants. You’ll be in a great place to negotiate…
Enjoy your last few weeks! Amazing how time flies…

Ahh! Spring in France… Kille me now. I’m not seeing anymore signs of spring than when it first started snowing in November. We just got dumped on again last weekend. :( I’m not giving up hope though and I’m looking forward to my rendez-vous with spring when I head down to North Carolina for a week.

I am hopeful we will see a robin soon, a first sign of spring here in the Midwest. Then I will start looking for our bulbs peaking through the muddy grass and leftover snow.

So pretty! I’m looking forward to Fall here in Sydney, the colours of the leaves are just amazing, I never take it for granted.

Ahh Spring in France. And here we have -20 something weather and snow piled high all over the place.

How I envy you! I can almost smell the crisp air through your photos.
