How to Make Your Husband Squeal Like a Woman

In five easy steps: 1. Ignore crazy workload and decide to cook proper breakfast 2. Locate eggs, cheese, sour cream, red pepper, onion, butter, cilantro, cheese, green enchilada sauce and tortilla chips 3. Make the above recipe for Tex-Mex Chilaquiles with Eggs 4. Present proper breakfast to husband who was expecting cereal 5. Enjoy the squeal Caution: After the primal squeal, husband may resort to cursing like a sailor. This is a natural defense mechanism designed to preserve his manhood.

Is it bad if I first utter a primal roar, then squeal like a woman at the sight of such a breakfast??;-)

I ate challah french toast this weekend. Saturdays and Sundays are his day to pamper me!

Never mind the other half, that will make ME squeal with delight! That looks delicious. And great for the slight hangovers that face us in the next couple of weeks. (And actually, he made me breakfast burritos at the weekend, so I suppose it kind've is my turn…)

so clever and so true! I made an all-out feast for brunch on Sunday and finally realized it's definitely best to ignore work and christmas projects to prevent crankiness with some good food in the morning.

…excuse me whilst I have a private moment with my computer screen. (FYI? The word verification for this post, for me? "tomato"!)

i would make my husband weekday breakfasts if he would consent to getting out of bed at the same time as me… as a grad student he has the luxury of starting his days at 10am, or sometimes later! and for that i say, he deserves cereal :)
