Breakfast. With this coffee, and a charming view of the Lamarck Caulaincourt metro stop (a block from our apt). Feel like I've done this a hundred times, yet it never gets old. BTW, I am SORE from navigating the steep hills in Montmartre. Who needs to get in shape? This girl.

Caroline – We are masters when it comes to eating inexpensively (and well!) in Paris.

We can spend as little as €30 a day. Lots of falafel, crepes, street food, etc.

We could never afford to come here as often as we do without being frugal.

Hm, not bad value for Paris, either. I went for a week last summer and it nearly bankrupted me.

this sounds wonderful! I went to a cafe in Munich, Germany this morning and took a photo of my cafe au lait and croissant :) (coming soon to my blog) I love living in Europe too!

alright, I'll stop with all the jealous comments even though it doesn't look like we're going to Paris this year. Looks like you're having a blast. see you soon!

Mmmmm, coffee. And delicious coffee, I'm sure (unlike most of what I've found here in the States).

Walking around Paris should be a great way to get in shape.

I stayed just a few blocks away from that stop in 2008! Such a beautiful area….
