Dome makes great ham omelets, and you can hang out for hours in the comfy plush seats. We stopped in yesterday for a bite, and I forgot just how much I love this colorful spot in the Marais. We ordered a huge breakfast in lieu of our usual tartine and coffee, and we could barely move afterwards.

Confession: it's hard to visit your lovely blog while you are in Paris. I just want to jump in to one of your photos and sip cafe au lait all day long.

Going out for breakfast is one of life's finest things. This place looks very comfy!

Dome reminds me of a wonderful breakfast I had in Toulouse when I flew to France for a summer to tour museums and galleries. It was constructed of a heavenly creamy sandstone into the form of a cave. It was cozy, thoughtful uplighting inside.

I wish I had someone to share it with then. I was traveling toute seule!
