Paris Color: Black and Tan

I say black and tan. You think?:

a) British auxiliary police during the Irish War of Independence
b) A tasty blend of pale ale and stout
c) two neutral colors that go together like Simon and Garfunkel

If you answered a, kudos to you. That was my husband's answer, and well let's just say I would have had to rely on Wikipedia for that one.

If you answered b, can you pour a black and tan? It's good old fashioned fun, and I highly recommend it (demo here). There's something about chocolately, viscous stout floating on top of the lighter amber ale that makes me happy. Science at its best.

If you answered c, the above photos are some some eye candy for you. Enjoy.

a) went completely over my head, b) scares me (something about stout freaks me out, I've never had one in my life), so I will take c) and send you a virtual hug for combining in the same sentence two of my favourite neutral colours and two of my favourite musicians :)
