Paris Color: Sage Green
I made Ina Garten's Roast Chicken again last night, and realized about halfway through the prep that the thyme in my garden wasn't looking too hot. Evan suggested we use the sage we neglected for most of the summer, and had survived the early fall cold snaps.
As I chopped the leathery leaves (I love the feel of Sage leaves!), I was reminded of some photos I wanted to include in our green collection, but excluded because they were a little too blue-ish or a little too minty. It drove me crazy at the time, but once I gathered them all together in a folder, they kind of grew on me.
