Meh

"Meh" on the Love Wall in Montmartre Love Wall, Montmartre Love Wall, Montmartre I love you in over 300 languages: cool A lone, apathetic "meh" at the top: classic I've photographed this wall before, but I never noticed the word "meh" at the top. Surely this means love in some language, but I'm in the mood to be immature, so I'm going to believe it was put there to amuse the observant. PS. A few of you asked where this wall is in Paris. It's located right behind the Abbesses metro station in Montmartre.

Hi Christine:

It's located right behind the Abbesses metro station in Montmartre.

You can't miss it – it's bright blue and huge. ;)

Meh. That's hilarious! What a cool wall. I'll definitely have to make a trip to see it in person on my next trip to Paris.

This is brilliant! And yet I can't quite put into words why it is so fantastic – which always makes the best art!

Love, Hannie

Last year, one of my classes did the same thing on our board in the class. It is beautiful!!! MEH – no idea what language.

'Meh' could be the laziest, most laid back way ever, of saying 'I love you, too.' Almost as bad as 'ditto' in 'Ghost' Almost.
