Cheese: Week Two
So tonight's cheese fest is a bit of a surprise because it's being hosted by our friends Jeri and Jason.
Jeri and Jason joined us last week for the La Tur, Mecox Sunrise and Fattorie Osella Camembert (they liked the camembert the best), and offered to host this week. I'm really looking forward to what they select because they exhibit great taste in food and friends (JUST kidding).
Of the three cheeses last week, I liked the La Tur the best. It's a blend of sheep, cow and goat milk, though I thought it tasted most like goat (which I love). It was creamy, tangy and extremely smooth. I'd definitely serve it again. A winner!
