We were happy to discover Daily Candy included our photo collections in their Valentine's Day gift guide. Check it out.
Also, given our Friday cheese fests, I'm intrigued by the service that pairs cheese with beer. Cheese and beer? Who knew?
Have you ever had a cheese and beer party?

oh no! are you saying you've never had beer cheese soup??! tragedy!! I've never made it at home (otherwise I'd link to a recommended recipe) but you can google hundreds and hundreds of variations of the deliciousness that is the marriage of two of my favorite things. xo

Can I second how amazing Tria is? We used to go there after work (when I was a bartender). If people in the service industry go – you know it's good!

There is a great restaurant named Tria here in Philadelphia that specializes in wine, beer and cheese. The idea is that you choose a beverage or cheese and they will help you match it. Many more people than you would expect order beer there. I am strictly a wine girl, myself, so I can't speak to the results, but the customers look happy to me.

I am also from Wisconsin. Of course we have cheese and beer parties.
For the super bowl you can bet beer and cheese will be served at every house party. Go Pack!
I will even be making my cheddar Beer soup – delicious!

I think that was one of the few saving graces about living in Brussels-copious amounts of really good beer and really good cheese.

Bet you could get some great suggestions at Formaggio Essex at the Essex Street Market. They seem to be wizards at pairings – at least the cheese-mongers in Boston are.
