Cheese: Week Fourteen
Oh look! Some cheese and a couple of giant, gratuitous hydrangeas. I couldn't help myself. Anyway, it's Friday and it's a tri-animal week here at the Robertson house. A double cream goat from the Vermont Creamery, Brie Couronne, and a sheep's milk cheese from the Basque region of the Pyrenees. Evan's opening the wine in 3, 2, 1 ... Have a great weekend.
