Hi! We're Evan and Nichole, the husband and wife team behind Obvious State. Obvious State is a multidisciplinary creative studio founded in 2011. We make original art inspired by the classics, and our collection includes over 150 art prints as well as books, postcards, notebooks, calendars, and bookmarks for readers, book lovers, teachers, philosophers, and design lovers alike. Our work also appeals to those who are looking for inspiration, motivation or have a bare wall in need of a little art. We hope to collaborate with like minded individuals who are also in pursuit of a little wisdom and beauty.
